Booking & Payments

Yes, you can reschedule your move by notifying us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellation policies are detailed in our Terms and Conditions. We always try to accommodate changes wherever possible.

Packing & Handling

Yes, we provide high‑quality packing materials including corrugated boxes, bubble wrap, stretch film, packing tape, furniture covers, and specialty cartons for fragile items. Our team uses these materials to ensure your belongings are packed securely and arrive in perfect condition.

Our team uses customised packing for fragile items – multiple layers of bubble wrap, foam padding, and sturdy boxes. Valuable items can be insured separately. We also label boxes as "Fragile" and handle them with extra care during loading and unloading.

Absolutely. We offer full packing and unpacking services as part of our package. Our team will carefully pack your belongings at the origin, label everything, and then unpack and arrange them at your new location. This saves you time and effort.

Vehicle Transport

We transport cars (hatchback, sedan, SUV, luxury), bikes/scooters, and even commercial vehicles. We use specialized carriers – open or enclosed – to ensure safe and damage‑free transport.

Yes, we offer comprehensive transit insurance for vehicles. This covers any accidental damage or loss during transit. You can add this option when booking. We also conduct a pre‑loading inspection and condition report for your peace of mind.

Yes, we provide real‑time GPS tracking for all vehicle transport bookings. You'll receive a tracking link and can monitor your vehicle's location anytime. This ensures transparency and peace of mind throughout the journey.

Insurance & Claims
